We provide custom design, embroidery, sewing and screen printing services. All products are made to order based on customer-provided designs, approvals, and specifications.
2. Orders & Approval
- All orders must be approved by the customer before production begins.
- Once final approval is given, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs for accuracy, including spelling, colors, sizes, and placement.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

- Unpaid balances may delay or cancel production.
4. Production & Turnaround Time
- Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and material availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by supply shortages, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.

- Because all items are custom-made, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property
- Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs provided.
- We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-supplied content.
- By submitting artwork, you grant us permission to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7. Design Ownership
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs created by us remain our intellectual property.
- We may display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
8. Product Variations
- Slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to the nature of embroidery and screen printing.
- Such variations are considered normal and are not defects.
9. Website Use
- You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse occurs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspirational Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Return and Refund Policy
At Inspirational Designs, all of our products are custom-made with care and intention. Because of the personalized nature of embroidery and screen printing, we have the following return and refund policy in place.
Custom Orders
All items are created specifically for each customer based on approved designs, colors, and specifications.
For this reason:
- Custom orders are final sale
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items due to customer error, change of mind, or incorrect information provided at the time of order.
Order Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, including:
- Spelling and text
- Colors
- Sizing
- Placement
Once approval is given, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error on your order, we want to make it right.
Please contact us within [5-7] days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A repair
- A refund or store credit (at our discretion)
If the customer brings or delivers their own product, Inspirational Designs is not responsible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-designed or personalized products
- Items approved by the customer prior to production
- Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible
- Any deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced
